Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
